Afro-Latina Productions and Vancouver Latin Fever are pleased to announce the upcoming performance of reggaeton superstars Angel y Khriz on Friday, November 21st at the Croatian Cultural Centre. This will be the first appearance in Vancouver of the most versatile of all reggaeton duos, arriving directly from Puerto Rico.
Angel y Khriz became an international sensation with their reggaeton megahit "Ven, Bailalo ", as well as with the bachata/merengue version of that song. A string of hits has followed ever since, with songs like "De lao a lao " and "Fua" from the same album (Special Edition) reaching high levels of popularity. Their hit song "Carita de Ángel ", from the various-artists production Echo Presenta: Invasion, reached number 4 in the Hot Billboard of Latin songs.

A similar success is expected from their energizing track "Dance ", featured in the just released Caribbean Connection collaboration project with Jamaican artists like Wayne Wonder, Inner Circle, Elephant Man, T.O.K and Sizzla.
Their 2008 album Showtime has been welcome with excellent reviews. It continues to highlight the Angel y Khriz trademark: the fusion of afro-latin-caribbean rhythms like merengue, bachata, salsa, dancehall, cumbia, etc, with reggaeton, as in the popular song "La Vecina "
